chicken boullion cubes

cup chopped celery
2 ½
cups cubed potatoes

cup diced carrots

large onion
Bring to a boil and cook for 20 min. Add one 10 oz
package frozen broccoli or cauliflower, 2 cans cream of
chicken soup, 2 cups water, ½ roll of Velveeta cheese
(cubed). Thoroughly heat and serve.
