cups cooked and chopped chicken

cup celery

can pineapple tidbits

can mandarin oranges
1 –
2 tablespoons green onions
some
red and green grapes
Dressing:

cup GF mayo or ½ cup GF mayo + ½ cup GF ranch dressing
Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Top with cashews
and coconut.
