cup Dannon Fat Free Plain Yogurt

cups cooked chicken breasts, cubed or shredded

can (20 oz.) Dole Pineapple Chunks, drained

cup diced red bell pepper

cup sliced scallions (or chives)

cup chopped cilantro

tablespoons brown sugar

tablespoons Bragg Liquid Aminos or wheat-free soy sauce

cups mixed greens
In
bowl, whisk together yogurt, brown sugar, and Bragg
Liquid Aminos (or soy sauce). And cilantro. Let stand 20
minutes before serving over a bed of greens, or mixing
with greens.
