1/4 cups rice flour
1/2 cup salt
2 tsp cream of tartar
1 cup water
1 Tbsp oil
food coloring
(optional)

Mix flour, salt, and
cream of tartar in a bowl.

Mix water, oil, and
coloring together in a saucepan. Add flour mixture.
Mix well with a wire wisk.

Cook on med-high
heat, stirring constantly with a large spoon, until
dough pulls away from sides of the pan.

Roll onto
countertop. Let cool slightly, then kneed until
smooth.
Store in an airtight
container.
