cups Bette Hagman all purpose flour mix (recipe in all
her cookbooks)

cups sugar
2
tsp. baking soda
2
eggs
1 20
oz can crushed pineapple in its own juice...undrained

cup chopped pecans
Mix
first five ingredients well and add pecans. Spray a
13x9 pan with Pam and add cake mix. Cook at 350 for
30-45 min according to how your oven cooks. When the
top is good and brown, it should be done.
Top
cooled cake with cream cheese icing:
8 oz
softened cream cheese
1
stick softened butter
1
tsp vanilla
2
cups powdered sugar
Mix
above well, spread on cake.
