Peanut Butter Cookies

(Gluten Free & Sugar Free)

1 cup peanut butter

1 cup Splenda

Mix with fork and add:

1 egg

1  tsp. vanilla

Mix with fork.  Roll into balls about the size of a walnut.  Dip fork in Splenda.  Make criss-crosses on top with fork.  Bake at 350 for about 10-12 min.
