Ciara used Claudia Pillow’s (FoodPhilosopher.com) Vanilla Cupcake recipe and made it in a cake pan.

Icing:

Cream 3 sticks of butter and 3 cups of powered sugar together. Add 2 T of milk and 2 t of vanilla together. Add a little food coloring if you want.  Ice cake and cover with Chocolate covered strawberries and white chocolate covered grapes. We use the Wilton/s melting chocolate and follow directions on package for melting in the microwave. Make sure all fruit is dry before dipping or the chocolate will not stick.
