Banana Pudding

4 C Lactaid milk or regular milk

1 box banana cream Jell-O instant pudding

1 box cheese cake flavor Jell-O instant pudding

2 bananas, sliced

Enviro-kids GF vanilla animal cookies or other shortbread-type GF cookies (crushed)

Cool Whip topping

Mix first four ingredients using pudding directions.  Add sliced bananas.  Set aside.  Line bottom of bowl or pan with crushed cookies.  Pour pudding mixture on top of cookies.  Top with Cool Whip and chill.
