3/4 C gf flour mix
1 t baking powder
1/2 t baking soda
1/2 t Xanthan Gum
Pinch of salt
1 t
sugar
1 1/2 C sour Cream
1 egg, lightly beaten
Mix
all dry ingredients. Lightly stir in mixture of egg and
sour cream. Liberally spray bun forms and cookie sheet
with Pam. Put mixture in bun forms and bake in 350 F
oven for 25 minutes. I let them cool on a wire rack,
slice. (Add sauteed onion for onion buns.)
