Follow instructions for oven baking. Substitute water
for the milk. Use liquid egg whites (I get them at
Wal-Mart). I use coconut oil (you can use any oil).
Just mix about three minutes in mixer.
Bake in the two-cup
Pyrex dish. Will take about six of these Pyrex dishes.
Makes a perfect sized mini loaf of bread for a sandwich
(equivalent of 2 slices of bread).
