FRUIT BOWL
Combine and gently boil for about 5
minutes:
64 oz apple juice
3 Cups white corn syrup
3 Cups light brown sugar
3 T fresh rosemary chopped and
crushed (if you don’t want the rosemary pieces in the
salad, strain the liquid or put it in a cheesecloth bag
before putting it into the liquid to boil)
Pour the hot liquid over the
following:
6 lbs frozen fruit (you can get this
at Sam’s in a large bag)
1 ½ Cups whole cashews & almonds
Cover and refrigerate until well
chilled. This should keep in the refrigerator for up to
a month. Any liquid you have left over in the bowl can
be saved, reheated and used again over more frozen
fruit.
