GF Baked Ham

use the Hormel Cure 81 boneless ham. Unwrap it, dry off
the juice cut a criss-cut pattern across the back with a
knife. At each of the knife cross sections stick a
whole clove. Wrap in foil and bake in a pan that has a
rack at 350 for approx. 3 hrs. Prick foil with a long
meat fork touching the rack and allow juice to drain,
then unwrap ham and slice & serve. Can make ahead,
chill, and re-heat if necessary.
